Francisco grew up in Wichita and attended Wichita State University and Baker University, obtaining a B.A. in Business Administration. He's enjoyed serving and representing his Wichita community, which opened many doors for him growing up. He served as the president of the Wichita State Hispanic American Leadership Organization, took part in the Wichita Innovative community leadership development program through the Hispanic Education Foundation, formed part of the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce receiving a rising star award for community leadership, along with placing Wichita on the world map of amateur boxing by winning a gold medal for the U.S. in the International Junior Olympics. Francisco now serves as a youth mentor at the Alley Boxing Club. His background in sales and customer service makes him the perfect person to guide our customers through the construction process.
