The client wanted to demolish this home and have us reconstruct a new home at a later date.

The scope of the project involved:

• Disconnect utility services
• Plumbing work: Dig 10ft to replace saddle at the main line and connect a capped line.
• Demolish home
• Haul and dispose of debris
• Backfill excavated area

This project was in a basement.  The first three pictures are before we began the tear down.

The scope of the project involved:

• removing all carpet
• knocking down and rebuilding walls
• installing a half-bath where the former bar use to be
• extending pluming and electricity to the new bar area
• transforming an old coat closet into the new bar and wine storage
• new paint on walls
• stain on bookshelf
• apply crocodile texture in wine room
• removing old popcorn texture and re-texturing ceiling
• installing lighting, room design and fixture selection.  

The existing deck was replaced with a new composite deck.  Rotted walls were repaired during the process.

This project involved:

• removing the existing deck
• Installing a painted concrete patio with texture
• adding a roof extension for covered patio
• installing new roof on patio
• Installing gutter systems on patio
• installing 6x6 posts to hold structure
• installing lighting and ceiling fan
• installing and staining ceiling panels
• installing wood exit steps from home to patio and steps for the dog as well.

This project involved siding/fascia repairs.
